Taft Road in Liverpool to investigate injuries sustained to an adult female victim, as a result of a physical domestic dispute that occurred earlier that afternoon, at a residence in the Village of Baldwinsville.<\/p>\n<p>Investigation determined that during the course of a domestic dispute, 39-year-old\u00a0Thomas Wilkins IV, of Gale Place, Baldwinsville, did threaten to kill the victim, while assaulting and physically restraining her.\u00a0 Additionally, he took the victim\u2019s cell phone in order to prevent her from calling 911.<\/p>\n<p>Wilkins fled the area after the dispute and was located on Monday, May 7, 2018 just outside of Buffalo, NY, by the Amherst Police Department.\u00a0 Wilkins was transported back to Onondaga County, where he was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment 1st\u00a0degree (E-felony), Assault 3rddegree (A-misdemeanor), Criminal Obstruction of Breathing (A-misdemeanor), and Criminal Mischief 4th\u00a0degree (A-misdemeanor).<\/p>\n<p>Wilkins was remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $3,500 cash bail or secured bond.\u00a0 He is scheduled to appear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on May 11, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baldwinsville man arrested following a physical domestic incident On Monday April 30, 2018, at approximately 7:30 pm, Troopers responded to the North Medical Center on W.
