Reynolds, III, age 14, was traveling on Plank Road, when he failed to negotiate a left-hand curve, traveled off the east shoulder of the roadway, and struck a tree. Reynolds was ejected from the ATV and fell down an 85 foot earth embankment.<\/p>\n<p>Timothy M.
