He was transported and processed at SP Syracuse, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19 percent. Additionally, he has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and was subsequently charged with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving While Intoxicated: Previous Conviction Designated Offense within 10 years; a class E felony<\/li>\n<li>Aggravated driving while intoxicated, BAC .18 percent or greater with a prior conviction within 10 years; a class E felony<\/li>\n<li>First-degree aggravated unlicensed operation; a class E felony<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle and traffic violations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ouellette was transported to the Onondaga Justice Center for arraignment, where he was released to a sober third party.
