Churney, 39, from Auburn, for petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.<\/p>\n<p>Churney, a nurse at a local doctor\u2019s office in the town of DeWitt, is accused of taking an Apple iPhone 6 plus from a patient\u2019s purse, while the victim was using the restroom.
