The movies are all free\u00a0and families are all welcome!<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, June 29 at 1 pm, the movie, \u201cWonderstruck\u201d will be shown at the\u00a0library. Based on the novel of the same name by author and illustrator Brian Selznick,\u00a0\u201cWonderstruck\u201d follows the adventures of two kids who run away to New York City, 50\u00a0years apart, seeking answers and a sense of peace.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSchool of Rock,\u201d starring Jack Black and Joan Cusack is the Friday afternoon\u00a0movie on July 13. After being kicked out of a rock band, Dewey Finn (Jack Black)\u00a0becomes a substitute teacher at a strict private elementary school where he tried to\u00a0turn it into a rock band. The movie really fits the Summer Reading Program theme of\u00a0Libraries Rock!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA Wrinkle in Time,\u201d will be shown on Friday, July 20. Based on the timeless\u00a0classic and filled with spectacle, warmth and heart, this celebrated film follows an\u00a0ordinary girl\u2019s epic adventure and brave <!--more-->journey to save her family, with the ultimate\u00a0triumph of love. Featuring an all-star cast including Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon,\u00a0Mindy Kaling and Chris Pine, and eye-popping action. It\u2019s fun for the whole family.<\/p>\n<p>On July 27, families will be thrilled by the movie, \u201cSherlock Gnomes.\u201d In this\u00a0animated film, Garden gnomes, Gnomeo &amp; Juliet, recruit renowned detective Sherlock\u00a0Gnomes to investigate the mysterious disappearance of other garden ornaments. The\u00a0characters are voiced by Kelly Asbury , Mary J. Blige , Emily Blunt and many other\u00a0accomplished actors.<\/p>\n<p>Our final Friday Family movie is \u201cTurtle Tale.\u201d \u201cTurtle Tale\u201d will be shown Aug. 3. The turtles, HANK, RAFI, GOLIATH and their community live in a beautiful\u00a0pond with nice clean water, lots of food and are witnesses to all the events of the park\u00a0as they get ready for another busy summer camp season, never suspecting what is\u00a0about to happen at the park and to themselves.<\/p>\n<p>The Canastota Public Library is located at 102 W.
