Ferguson, 42, in a bedroom of the residence with multiple stab wounds. Investigation reveals that Daryl and his brother John were involved in a physical altercation. Officer In Charge Pat Collea from the village of Yorkville Police Department requested that the New York State Police conduct the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>John W. Ferguson, 37, of 10 Jones Place, Yorkville, was arrested and is charged with one count of second-degree murder, a class A-1 felony. He will be arraigned this afternoon at the Oneida County centralized arraignment.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation is continuing.
