Kennedy\u00a0of Forestport for driving while intoxicated following a personal injury automobile accident on Dustin Road in the town of Forestport, Oneida County.<\/p>\n<p>On July 16, 2018, at approximately 7:08 p.m., Kennedy was northbound on Dustin Road when she lost control at a curve in the roadway, exited the east shoulder of the roadway and struck an earth embankment, which caused the vehicle to overturn.<\/p>\n<p>Kennedy was charged with aggravated DWI, speeding and moving from lane unsafely.
