The bidding begins on November 5!<\/p>\n<p>Come join us for our Homework Club that meets every Monday through the entire school year from 3:30pm-5pm! Homework will be done, help will be provided and a healthy snack for all.\u00a0 Board games and\/or crafts will also fill the time when homework is done.\u00a0 (Open to school age children from First grade-8th grade!)<\/p>\n<p>Bring the little ones in for Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour on Tuesday October 9 at 10am!!\u00a0 Help us have fun with \u201cLet\u2019s Get Messy!\u201d\u00a0 Stories, finger plays a craft and more!\u00a0 If you cannot make that<!--more--> day, join us on Tuesday October 16 for \u201cFall Leaves Fall\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>Every month we will host an Adulting class for patrons ages 15-25 (though all ages over 15 are welcome!)\u00a0 There are many things we may not know how to do and together we can learn!\u00a0 This month the Morrisville Fire Department is hosting our class on Wednesday October 10 at 6:30pm!\u00a0 Learn about fire safety in college dorms, apartments etc. and how you can stay safe!<\/p>\n<p>We will host a special presentation by local author and historian Jim Ford entitled \u201cThe History of Madison Lake\u201d on Friday October 12 at 6:30pm. Come and hear as Jim Ford talks about his new book and the history of one of the Town of Madison\u2019s favorite recreation spots.<\/p>\n<p>We are hosting our Fall Book Sale on Saturday October 13 from 10:00am-4:00pm!\u00a0 Stop in and grab some good books for the fall weather ahead!\u00a0 Stock up for winter too!\u00a0 Can\u2019t beat the prices!\u00a0 We will have adult and kids books, DVD\u2019s, books on tape or CD, music CD\u2019s and more! The sale will be held in the library\u2019s program room.<\/p>\n<p>Our Annual Great Egg Drop will be Saturday October 13 from11:00am-3:00pm!\u00a0 We are partnering with the Morrisville Fire Department to bring an event of \u201cegg-y\u201d proportions!\u00a0 Can you create a \u201cprotective container\u201d to house a raw egg?\u00a0 The event will take place at the Morrisville Fire House where we will place a raw egg in your creation and the firefighters will drop if from the raised ladder truck! Put your thinking caps on and protect your egg at all costs!\u00a0 All adults and kids are welcome to participate!
