During the interview of the driver for the traffic violations, probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants was established.<\/p>\n<p>Driver\u00a0Tristian A. Masterpol, 20, of Syracuse, was found in possession of approximately 505 grams of marijuana, a forged driver license, approximately 36 grams of concentrated cannabis and approximately 5.6 grams of psilocybin mushrooms.<\/p>\n<p>Masterpol was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Albany, where he was subsequently charged with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possession of a forged instrument 2nd\u00a0degree; a class D felony<\/li>\n<li>Criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th\u00a0degree; a class C felony (hallucinogen)<\/li>\n<li>Criminal possession of marihuana in the 2nd\u00a0degree; a class D felony<\/li>\n<li>Criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th\u00a0degree; a class C felony<\/li>\n<li>Criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th\u00a0degree; a class A misdemeanor<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle and traffic violations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Masterpol was arraigned in Schodack Town Court and remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
