Lell, 30, of 539 Tennyson Ave. Syracuse, for first-degree burglary, a class B felony; fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor; and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.<\/p>\n<p>Lell is accused of unlawfully entering a residence on State Route 49 in Constantia, armed with a kitchen knife and causing physical injury to the female homeowner and a male friend.
