No. 7, Mattydale.<\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival, troopers determined two males were involved in a physical dispute when one male fired one round from a 9mm handgun. The projectile from the handgun traveled through the floor and came to rest next to a 14-year-old child in a first-floor apartment.<\/p>\n<p>Steven A. Shelley,\u00a028, of 107 Endres Dr. Apt. No. 7, Mattydale, was arrested for second-degree criminal possession of a weapon (C felony) and first-degree reckless endangerment (D felony).<\/p>\n<p>Keith A. Hartle,\u00a027, from 107 Endres Drive Apt. No. 7, Mattydale, was arrested for fourth-egree criminal possession of a weapon (A misdemeanor) for possession of a metal knuckle knife and a collapsible baton.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation revealed the physical dispute began between both men who lived at that residence.
