Short, 30, of 155 Madison St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Nov. 3, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Michael A. Joslyn, 51, of 122 Vanderbilt Ave., Oneida, was charged with possession or sale of untaxed cigarettes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Nov. 5, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zachary C. Dryer, 24, of 409 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li>\n<li>Bruce A. Joslyn, Jr., 34, of 5356 Canal St., Durhamville, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li>\n<li>Donald R. Badgley, 43, of 1626 Schoolheimer Road, Oneida was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.<\/li>\n<li>Danny W. Britton, Jr., 32, of 216 Sherman St., Oneida, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Nov. 6, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Patrick W. Kaiser, 60, of 349 Washington Ave., Oneida, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,500 bond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Nov. 7, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Douglass P. Uhlig, 43, of 310 Stone St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate lights, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Nov. 8, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>John P. Shive, 47, of 1592 Schoolheimer Road, Oneida, was charged with unlicensed junkyard.<\/li>\n<li>Donald R.
