Heffron, 19, of 2051 Genesee St.,\nOneida, was charged with having an inadequate muffler, no front license plate\nand seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.<\/li><li>Lianna R. Boyce, 27, of 2 Woodcreek Drive, Rome,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to comply with conditions\nregarding an original charge of trespass. She was arraigned in Oneida City\nCourt and was remanded in lieu of $500 cash or bond.<\/li><li>Christopher S. Brodock, 56, of 407 Seneca St.,\nOneida, was charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of an\nincompetent or physically disabled person.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 19, 2018:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mark H. Howard, 63, of 222 N. Willow St.,\nOneida, was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating with blood\nalcohol content of .08 percent or greater and aggravated driving while\nintoxicated.<\/li><li>Robert W. Holmes, III, 39, no permanent address,\nwas charged with second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal contempt.
