BUDGET TRANSFERS\/AMENDMENTS: \nApprove the allocation of funds to cover the PAC99 payment, for insurance\nproceeds for vehicle accident repair, to cover payroll chargebacks to 2018, and\nto fund the Sewer Employee Liability Reserve and General Employee Liability\nReserve. (Wells) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SCRAP METAL: Authorize the DPW, Water, WWTP, Fire, Police,\nand Recreation Departments to sell scrap metal at fair market value for the\nremainder of the year. (Pulverenti) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CANVASS & APPROVE BIDS: Canvass and approve bids for\nductile iron pipe, fittings, valves and hydrants for the Water Department. (Schuler\/Wells)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2019 annual\nagreement with BRiDGES a\/k\/a Madison County Council on Alcoholism and Substance\nAbuse, Inc. for the Employee Assistance Program per the federal mandate. (Wells)\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BUDGET AMENDMENTS\/TRANSFERS: Approve budget transfers to\nallocate funds for increase in the Fire Contract and Administrative Aide\nposition and for 207A for increase in Fire Contract. (Wells)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AMEND 2019 BUDGET: Amend the 2019 Budget to replace the\nSenior Typist position to an Administrative Aide position in the Fire\nDepartment. (Fields\/Wells) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANNUAL REPORT: Receive and place on file the annual report\nfrom the City Engineer. (Schuler)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ADVERTISE FOR BIDS: Authorize the Purchasing Agent to\nadvertise for water meters for the year 2019. (Schuler)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
