Bishop, 53, of 345 Main St., Oneida,\nwas charged with second-degree criminal trespass.<\/li><li>Shannon L. Gates, 28, of 2853 Woodman Pond Road,\nHamilton, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on\nan original charge of possession of a hypodermic instrument.&nbsp; She was also arrested on a separate bench\nwarrant alleging that she failed to appear on charges of third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator, false inspection certificate, uninspected motor vehicle\nand operating with inadequate lights.&nbsp;\nShe was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of bail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Dec. 22, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Geoffrey M. Ingersoll, 33, of 266 Paradise Road,\nCentral Square, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with forcible\ntouching, endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree harassment, first-degree\nsexual abuse, third-degree sexual abuse and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.\nHe was arraigned in Canastota Village Court and remanded without bail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Dec. 24, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>An 18-year-old male was charged with two counts\nof petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dec. 21, 2018 Richard W.
