Dertz, III, 32, a Sergeant First Class with the 3rd Battalion of the 6th Field Artillery Regiment on Fort Drum on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass, both misdemeanors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dertz\u2019 s arrest is subsequent to an incident reported to state police Dec. 10, 2018, which occurred at a residence on Maple Street in Black River.\u00a0Dertz was released to military authorities and issued appearance tickets returnable to LeRay Town Court for Jan. 7, 2019, at 5 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Dec. 28, 2018, investigators arrested\u00a0Chelsea C.
