Perry\u00a0of\u00a0Fulton, for second-degree assault, a class D felony and endangering the welfare of a child, a class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is alleged that Perry picked up an 18-month-old female child from her crib and threw her to the ground. The child was treated and released from SUNY Upstate Medical University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perry was arraigned in Volney Town Court before Hon.
