Daily\u00a0and 45-year-old\u00a0David H. Yager\u00a0of 10020 Johnnie Cake Road, Camden, on charges of third-degree criminal possession of stolen property (a class D felony) and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property (a class E felony).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The arrests follow an investigation into construction tools being stolen at several logging sites in the town of Vienna.\u00a0Approximately $7,500 worth of stolen property from these sites were found at Rubicon Recycling on Tannery Road, Rome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daily and Yager are accused of claiming to be the owners of the stolen property and receiving monetary compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daily was remanded to the Oneida County Jail on $2,500 bail.
