Daprana, 37, 7888 Larkin Rd.,\nHubbardsville, was charged with uninspected vehicle, speed and aggravated\nunlicensed operator in the 2nd degree.<\/li><li>Brandon S. Steates, 24, 5036 Hill Rd., Oneida,\nwas charged with operating without insurance, suspended registration and\naggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.<\/li><li>David C. Howard Jr., 39, 329 Williams St.,\nOneida was charged with criminal contempt in the 1st degree.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Jan. 8, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jesse A.
