Powell, 25, of 203 Plymouth Ave.,\nMattydale, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging a violation of release\nunder supervised conditions with an original charge of third-degree attempted\nrape. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash\nor $5,000 bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Jan. 11, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Robert M. Spratt, Jr., 26, of 935 Lenox Ave.,\nOneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree aggravated\nharassment. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of bail.<\/li><li>David C. Howard, Jr., 39, of 329 Williams St.,\nOneida, was arrested pursuant to an arrest warrant for first-degree criminal\ncontempt. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded pending a\npre-sentence report.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Jan. 12, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Christopher R. Joslyn, 32, of Canal St.,\nDurhamville, was charged with no\/improper signal, unlicensed operator and second-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Jesse A. Confer, 30, of 125 E. Elm St., Oneida,\nwas charged with insufficient tail lights, unlicensed operator and third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Kelly L. Wilson, 32, of 129 Phelps St., Oneida,\nwas charged with having a suspended registration and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><li>John A. Everspaugh, 31, of 2013 Pleasant Ave.,\nBlossvale, was arrested pursuant to an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree\nharassment. He was arraigned in Stockbridge Town Court and released on his own\nrecognizance. <\/li><li>Joseph R. Clark, 31, of 4129 Arquint Road,\nVernon Center, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with failure to\nobey a traffic control device and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He\nwas arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Jan. 14, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Adrienne K. Bennett, 35, of 306 Delano Ave.,\nCanastota, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device and third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>A 16-year-old Oneida youth was summoned into\nMadison County Family Court in regards to a petit larceny charge.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Jan. 15, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dakota A. Smith, 21, of 2386 Falls Road,\nChittenango, was charged with inadequate exhaust, consumption of alcohol in a\nmotor vehicle and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Douglas J. Bender, 20, of 6222 East Hill Road,\nMunnsville, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.<\/li><li>Lucian J. Morse, 22, of 378 Washington Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with unlicensed operator, second-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator, improper\/switched plates, uninsured, unregistered motor\nvehicle, second-degree aggravated harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing\nand fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court, where\nhe was released on his own recognizance.<\/li><li>Carlos M. Maes, 38, of 416 W. Railroad St.,\nOneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with third-degree criminal\ntrespass. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court, where he was released on his\nown recognizance.<\/li><li>Parish T. Gibson, 49, of 118 Madison St.,\nOneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to comply with\nprobation on an original charged of third-degree assault. He was arraigned in\nOneida City Court and remanded without bail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Jan. 16, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Charles E. Kampf, 38, of 124 Cooper St.,\nOriskany Falls, was charged with unlicensed operator and three counts of second-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jan. 10, 2019 Nori P.
