Growing up is hard enough, so the OPL is helping high-school students\n(16 years old and up) to prepare to be independent adults with a mini to course\non four basic lessons, one each day during the school\u2019s winter break. The public is invited to attend. The Meeting Room permits\nbarrier-free access to the physically handicapped. The Oneida Public Library Board of Trustees invites the\npublic for a hearing on the proposed library operating budget for fiscal year\nJuly 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 as well as for meeting the candidates for the\nboard seat opening up July 1. The hearing will be in the library\u2019s Meeting\nRoom, 220 Broad St, Oneida, which permits barrier-free access to the physically\nhandicapped.
