He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in\nlieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.<\/li><li>Olivario B. Maes, 39, no permanent address, was\ncharged with second-degree reckless endangerment, fourth-degree criminal\npossession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and third-degree assault.<\/li><li>Robert G. Emmons, 26, of 197 Madison St.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Jan. 18, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kassandra L. Fisher, 24, of 2839 New Boston Road,\nCanastota, was charged with following too close, unlicensed operator and third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Brandon E. Cleve, 34, of 2393 Four Holes Road,\nOrangeburg, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Brittney M. Precourt, 26, of 210 Cottage Place,\nOneida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Jan. 20, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bruce A. Joslyn, Sr., 56, of 5365 Canal St.,\nDurhamville, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear\non an original charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He\nwas arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $250 cash or\n$500 bond.<\/li><li>A 17-year-old male was charged with fourth-degree\ncriminal mischief and second-degree harassment. He was arraigned in Oneida City\nCourt and was remanded in lieu of $100 cash or $2,000 bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Jan. 21, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bruce A. Joslyn, Jr., 35, of 115 Madison St.,\nOneida, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.<\/li><li>Bruce L. Hollenbeck Jr., 24, of 302 Early Ave.,\nOneida was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator and operating with a suspended registration.<\/li><li>Erika L. Savachka, 18, of 4882 Old Oneida Road,\nVerona, was charged with no\/illegal signal and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operation.<\/li><li>Bradley J. Hoch, 21, of 217 W.
