Bradley, 49 of Bouckville, and charged her with second-degree possession of a forged instrument (a class D felony) and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing (a class E felony).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is alleged that Bradley filed a forged document with the Madison County Department of Social Services with the intent to defraud social services and gain public assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bradley was arraigned in Lenox Town Court where she was released on her own recognizance.\u00a0Bradley is scheduled to return to Lenox Town Court Feb. 26, 2019, at 9 a.m. to answer the charges.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Jan. 25, 2019, Madison County Sheriff\u2019s Office investigators arrested Leslie R.
