  • Shadi Y. Marji, 45, of 335 Stone St., Oneida, was\ncharged with unlawful signal, obstructed view and third-degree aggravated unlicensed\noperator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Feb. 1, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Kevin D. McLauglin, 36, of 101 Highridge Place, Syracuse,\nwas charged with refusal to take a breath screening test, failure to keep right,\nfailure to use designated lane, moved from lane unsafely and driving while intoxicated.\nHe was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000\nbond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Feb. 2, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Alan M. Lighthaul, 26, of 5969 Middle Road, Munnsville,\nwas charged with inadequate exhaust, failure to use interlock device where required,\nunlicensed operator and two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li>
      • Chad A. Combs, 52, of 317 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was\ncharged with uninspected motor vehicle and operating with a suspended registration.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Feb. 4, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Brandon E. Garlock, 28, of 2656 Seneca Turnpike,\nCanastota, was charged with six counts of failure to stop for a stop sign, four\ncounts of failure to signal, two counts of failure to keep right, failure to yield\nthe right-of-way to an emergency vehicle, failure to obey a traffic control device,\nthird-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, fourth-degree criminal possession of\nstolen property, reckless driving and unlawful fleeing a police officer. He was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.\n<\/li>
        • Timothy M. Dwyer, 29, of 4844 St Road 365, Oneida,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fifth-degree\ncriminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nremanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond. <\/li>
        • Russell L. King, 37, of 6937 Green Road, Durhamville,\nwas arrested on an arrest warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.\nHe was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $200 cash or $500\nbond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Feb. 5, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Teaija L. Gaut, 37, of 199 Madison St., Oneida, was\narrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear to answer a charge\nof petit larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on her\nown recognizance. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Feb. 6, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Nicole M. Bornschein, 29, of 211 Allen St., Oneida,\nwas charged with inadequate headlights, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Feb. 7, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
