Davis, 20, from Dalton, was southbound on State\nRoute 104 when he fell asleep, passed through a steady red light at the\nintersection with State Route 3 and struck a westbound 2006 Chevrolet\nTrailblazer operated by&nbsp;Erick X. Febus-Munoz&nbsp;on State Route 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Trailblazer then struck a utility pole for the traffic\nsignal, causing an outage at the intersection.&nbsp;A small trailer that was\nbeing towed by the pickup truck then struck a 2016 pickup truck operated\nby&nbsp;Scott J. Victory, 43, of Hannibal that was stopped at the intersection\nin the eastbound lane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Victory was not injured in the crash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Febus-Munoz was not injured in the crash; a passenger in his\nvehicle,&nbsp;Edwin F. Febus-Munoz, 26, was transported to SUNY Upstate Medical\nUniversity in Syracuse with non-life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Davis was not injured in the crash and was issued a ticket\nfor failing to stop for a red light at an intersection.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State police are investigating a three-vehicle crash that occurred at the intersection of State Route 3 and State Route 104 in the town of Hannibal, Oswego County.
