If you are on the roads, take extreme caution, give yourself extra time to arrive at your destination and plenty of room to stop when approaching intersections and other vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, Madison County Offices will close at 3 p.m. due to the deteriorating weather. The National Weather Service in Binghamton reports that freezing rain and sleet will begin in Madison County between 3 and 6 p.m. and continue through the night.
