Houghtalen, 25, of Cicero, for\nsecond-degree criminal impersonation of a public servant, a class A\nmisdemeanor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Houghtalen is charged with claiming to be associated with\nthe C.I.A. in order to defraud a female victim. Bateson, 47, of Brewerton, for\naggravated DWI, an unclassified misdemeanor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Feb. 9, 2019, state police responded to a disabled\nvehicle off the roadway and into the median on I-81in Hastings. Bateson was\nsubsequently arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated, having a BAC of\n.18 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bateson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to\nappear in Hastings Town Court at 4 p.m. Feb. 27, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cicero Man arrested for falsely claiming to be a representative of the C.I.A.
