Chismar, 59, of 244 West St., Oneida,\nwas issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.<\/li><li>Johnny W. Stanley, 50, of 406 Lenox Ave.,\nOneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Feb. 11, 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jacob J. Bouyea, 20, of 357 Lenox Ave., Oneida,\nwas charged with petit larceny.<\/li><li>Carl E. Ellsworth, 34, of 2861 Tag Road,\nCanastota, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear\nregarding an original charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City\nCourt and remanded without bail.<\/li><li>Rodney L. Ineich, 44, of 5319 Bear Road, N.\nSyracuse, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to report for\nintermittent sentencing on an original charge of petit larceny. He was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and re-sentenced to four months in jail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Feb. 12, 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nicole K. Campbell, 41, of 1600 Old Rt. 31, New\nWoodstock, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with petit larceny. She\nwas also charged with resisting arrest. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court\nand released on her own recognizance.<\/li><li>Curtis J. Wilson, 23, of 314 Lenox Ave., Oneida,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to comply with\nconditions related to a trespass charge. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court\nand released on his own recognizance.<\/li><li>A 12-year-old Oneida youth was issued a youth\ncourt appearance ticket regarding a charge of discharging a firearm (BB gun) in\nthe inside district.<\/li><li>A 14-year-old Oneida youth was summoned to\nMadison County Probation regarding charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and\nunlawful discharge of a firearm in the inside district.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Feb. 13, 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>David A. Lolik, 48, of 221 Farrier Ave., Oneida,\nwas charged with disorderly conduct.<\/li><li>James J. Lussier, 49, of 118 Phelps St., Oneida,\nwas charged with second-degree criminal contempt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Feb. 14, 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Shakeya J. Upshaw, 27, of 82 Howedale Dr.,\nRochester, was charged with petit larceny, fifth-degree conspiracy and\nendangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nremanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.<\/li><li>Jerwie L. Richardson, 49, of 1149 Stone Road,\nRochester, was charged with petit larceny, fifth-degree conspiracy and\nendangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nwas remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.<\/li><li>A 15-year-old female from Rochester was summoned\nto Madison County Probation to answer the charge of petit larceny.<\/li><li>Johnny W.
