Stanley, 50, of 406 Lenox Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><li>Nancy L. Burns, 59, of 189 Madison St., Oneida\nwas arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with petit larceny. She was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Feb. 16, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Codie J. Moore, 27, of 189 Madison St., Oneida,\nwas charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Timothy A. Christman Jr., 31, no permanent\naddress, was arrested on two arrest warrants each charging him with petit\nlarceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $250\ncash or $500 bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Feb. 17, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Morgan W. Shlotzhauer, 37, of 146 Main St.,\nOneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to pay a fine\non an original charge of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was\nremanded in lieu of $250 cash or $500 bond.<\/li><li>John W. Kober, 48, of 4393 Old County Road,\nMunnsville, was charged with insufficient tail lamps, illegal signal and third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Lindsay N. Barres (Kabot), 34, of 1111 Park\nAve., Sylvan Beach, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a\ncontrolled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and second-degree criminal\nuse of drug paraphernalia. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded\nin lieu of $1,000 cash or bond.<\/li><li>Becky R. Evans, 19, of 321 Pleasant Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with failure to dim headlights, depositing refuse on the\nhighway, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Marilynn Keil, 29, of 491 State Route 31,\nWilliamstown, was charged with inadequate stop lamps and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Feb. 18, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jeffrey T. Coonrod, 27, of 140 Sherman St.,\nOneida, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/li><li>Mary Jane Coonrod, 24, of 212 W. Elm St.,\nOneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.<\/li><li>Alicia A. Coonrod, 31, of 352 Lenox Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.<\/li><li>Amanda L. Hopkins, 29, of 127 E. Elm St.,\nOneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Michael A. Ellsworth, 25, of 235 Belmont Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Brandy M. Laflesh, 39, of 122 Vanderbilt Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Feb. 19, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Julie F. Schuler, 25, of 217 N. Main St.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Feb. 20, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kayla R. Hewitt, 27, of 11 Territory Rd.,\nOneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, speed in zone and second-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Teaija L. Gaut, 37, of 199 Madison St., Oneida,\nwas charged with giving a false written statement and falsely reporting an\nincident. She was also arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to\nappear on an original charge of petit larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City\nCourt and was remanded in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or bail bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Feb. 21, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Matthew F. Petzoldt, 35, of 447 E. Walnut St.,\nOneida, was charged with depositing refuse onto the highway, unlicensed\noperator and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Christopher J. Conniff, 45, of 170 Kenwood Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with inadequate stop lamps, refusing a breath screening\ndevice and driving while intoxicated. He was arraigned in Lenox Town Court and\nreleased on his own recognizance.<\/li><li>Ronnie A.
