  • Jonah L. Perry,\n40, of 1962 Middle Road, Oneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle,\nunlicensed operator, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and failure\nto notify the state Department of Motor Vehicles of address change.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Feb. 25, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Devin J.\nMcDonald, 20, of 307 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny and\npossession of alcohol by a person less than 20 years of age. He was arraigned\nin Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Feb. 26, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Justin M. Ward,\n38, of 129 Phelps St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he\nfailed to pay fines and surcharges on an original charge of second-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his\nown recognizance.<\/li>
      • Paul M. Mathews,\n39, of 213 Boston St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he\nfailed to comply with conditions on an original charge of second-degree harassment.\nHe was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/li>
      • Charles E. Allen,\n48, of 303 W. Seneca St., Sherrill, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging\nhim with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on\nhis own recognizance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Feb. 28, 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • David R.\nGunthorpe, 63, of 1061 Meadow Dr., Oneida, was charged with forcible touching. He\nwas arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/li>
        • Brittany L.\nClark, 29, of 115 Madison St., Oneida was charged with third-degree hindering\nprosecution.<\/li>
        • Justin M. Meyers,\nSr., 34, of 115 Sherman St., Oneida, was charged with fourth-degree criminal\nmischief, second-degree criminal trespass, possession of a hypodermic\ninstrument and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nremanded in lieu of $1,500 cash or bond.<\/li>
        • Kyle P. Castle,\n41, of 141 Willow Meadow Way, Oneida, was charged with driving while\nintoxicated. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1,000\ncash or $2,000 bond.<\/li>
        • Bruce A. Joslyn,\n35, of 115 Madison St., Oneida was arrested on two arrest warrants charging him\nwith petit larceny; an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree harassment,\ncriminal obstruction of breathing and first-degree criminal contempt; a\nseparate charge of first-degree criminal contempt, a bench warrant alleging\nthat he failed to appear on a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a\ncontrolled substance and an arrest warrant charging him with fifth-degree criminal\npossession of stolen property.
