Lacey, 24, of 2649 Buffalo Road,\nRochester, was arrested on a warrant charging him with petit larceny, fourth-degree\ncriminal mischief, fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal\npossession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nremanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond.<\/li><li>Shiqvan Young, 24, of 601 Seward St., Rochester,\nwas arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny, fourth-degree\ncriminal mischief, fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal\npossession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nremanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>March 2, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Robert G. Raynore, 33, of 508 State St.,\nCanastota, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>March 3, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>George H. Howe, 51, of 356 N. Lake St., Oneida,\nwas charged with failure to dim headlights, unlicensed operator and third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>March 4, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ryan F. Curtis, 23, of 140 Sherman St., Oneida,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charges of\ninadequate lights, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed\noperator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $250\ncash or $500 bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>March 5, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Angela S. Walrath, 42, of 225 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.<\/li><li>Cheyanne M. Whaley, 23, of 52 E. State St., Sherburne, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to perform community service regarding an original charge of trespass. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held in lieu of $100 bail.<\/li><li>Billy Jo L. Collins, 25, of 218 Liberty St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear for sentencing regarding a charge of second-degree harassment. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>March 6, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Devin J. McDonald, 20, of 307 N. Main St.,\nOneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with second-degree harassment.<\/li><li>Tanaia M. Graham, 31, of 301 Court St., Syracuse,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to pay fines and\nsurcharges on an original charge of second-degree criminal contempt. She was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $100 cash or bond. She\nwas also arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with petit larceny. She was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $400 cash or bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>March 7, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Angela S. Walrath, 42, of 225 Farrier Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with insufficient headlights, unlicensed operator and third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Samuel J. Baye, 20, of 337 Farrier Ave., Oneida,\nwas issued a criminal summons charging him with second-degree harassment.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>March 1, 2019 Michael J.
