Remarks:  Satisfactory reinspection conducted with owner/operator. Most violations were corrected/repaired. The salad prep unit was serviced and now temps are reading 36-41F, today. The rear concrete floor has been cleaned and painted. There is no more fse storage on the second floor. The door seal has been repaired on the walk-in cooler. The table mounted can opener has been removed from the operation. Discussed with owner, his plan to remove and replace the rear freezer, and discussed maintenance repair to damaged sheetrock, and plan to increase cleaning routine in the basement.
