On Saturday, September 17, 2016, The Midtown Utica Community Center (MUCC), an award-winning community center from Utica, will be holding a Cultural Showcase at Fort Stanwix in Rome.
The event, presented by the Rome Chamber of Commerce, will be from 1 to 4 pm and will include various forms of dance and music from different countries, which are performed by many of the different refugees in the local area. There will also be arts, crafts, and artisans present.
The event is a fun, family-friendly way to immerse yourself in the different cultures represented in our area at our National Landmark, Ft. Stanwix.
