- Michael A. VanPatten Jr., 35, 109 Lake St., Chittenango, was issued a criminal summons for criminal contempt in second degree.
- Ian J. Johns, 32, no permanent address, was arrested on an arrest warrant for attempted forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded to the custody of the MCPSB in lieu of bail.

- David J. Kiley, 52, no permanent address was charged with petit larceny.
- David J. Kiley, 52, no permanent address, was charged (again) with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in lieu of $500 cash/$1000 bond.
- Harry P. Moyer, 57, 1220 Glenwood Ave., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
- A 16-year-old Oneida youth was charged with criminal trespass in the third degree.

- Vanessa A. Loomis, 21, 1922 Schoolheimer Rd., Oneida was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
- Two 15-year-old Oneida youths were summoned to Madison County Probation charged with what would constitute criminal trespass in the third degree were they adults.

- Noel F. Harrington, 23, 415 N. Levitt St., Rome, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
- Matthew A. Martin, 46, 3102 Apollo Rd., Blossvale was charged with failure to yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree and two counts of aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.
