- Sabrina M. Haus, 34, of 3921 State Route 26, Vernon Center, was charged with third-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records.

- John L. Chesebro, 36, of 162 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
- Tanya M. Chesebro, 36, of 1081 Grand St., Oneida, was charged with two counts of petit larceny.
Aug. 20, 2018
- Travis R. Jennings, 27, of 5691 Cooper St., Vernon, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated (blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent), driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.
Aug. 21, 2018
- Mark E. Meadows, Jr., 18, of 546 Stone St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny.
Aug. 23, 2018
- John B. O’herien, 43, no permanent address, was arrested on a Madison County Superior Court bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear at the Madison County Jail for intermittent sentencing related to two petit larceny charges. He was arraigned in Madison County Superior Court and was sentenced to a term of incarceration.
