The Cazenovia Public Library will present two free screenings of The Glass Castle on Friday, Nov. 10, at 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room.

The 2017 biographical drama is based on Jeannette Walls’s 2005 best-selling memoir of the same name. The film depicts Walls’s real-life childhood spent squatting in homes and living in poverty. She and her three siblings must learn to take care of themselves as their dysfunctional parents both inspire and inhibit them.

The film is rated PG-13 and runs 127 minutes. Free popcorn provided.

This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Cazenovia Public Library.
