State Police arrested Christopher J. Cole, 19, from 1620 S. Ivy Trail in Baldwinsville, NY for DWI-Drugs and Criminal Mischief 4th degree, both misdemeanors.
On Saturday, October 1, 2016, Troopers responded to a one car property damage accident at 1460 West Genesee in the Town of Lysander. Investigation revealed that Cole admitted to being impaired by illegal narcotics when he drove his 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer through Paul Hafner’s blueberry fields causing approximately $3,000 in damage to the apple orchard and irrigation equipment before becoming stuck on a large wood pile.
Cole was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Lysander Court and is scheduled to appear on October 11, 2016 at 7pm.
