State Police in Watertown arrested Collin S. Vautrin, 19, from 117 E. Church St., Adams, for first-degree sex abuse, a class D felony.
Vautrin is accused of subjecting a female to sexual contact by forcible compulsion in January 2016.
He was arraigned in Adams Town Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
This case is pending grand jury action.
