Syracuse man arrested on multiple felony charges

State Police arrested Kasiem M. Burks, 22, of Syracuse, on charges of second-degree robbery (a C felony), aggravated criminal contempt (a D felony) and aggravated family offense (a E felony).

Burks is accused of being in a physical domestic with a female in February where he demanded money from the victim under the threat of continued physical abuse. On May 14, 2018, State Police located Burks in the city of Syracuse.

He was transported to the Onondaga County Justice Center for centralized arraignment.

State Police were assisted by members of the NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force.
