Local transfer students to attend SUNY Oswego
More than 700 transfer students, including several from the area, have reserved places at SUNY Oswego for fall 2018. Classes begin Aug. 27.

- Sara Collier of Cazenovia last attended SUNY Morrisville, and intends to major in public relations
- Jessica L. McCann of DeRuyter last attended SUNY Canton, and intends to major in vocational teacher preparation
- Kristen L. Alger of Kirkville last attended Mohawk Valley Community College, and intends to major in graphic design
- Alexandria L. Britton of Kirkville last attended Onondaga Community College, and intends to major in zoology
- Madison French of Kirkville last attended Rochester Institute Technology, and intends to major in information science
- Brandon L. Woodruff of Morrisville last attended Mohawk Valley Community College, and intends to major in cinema and screen studies
