*Approval of Warrant No. 25 - CONTRACT: Approve the Memorandum of Agreement with the Oneida Paid Firefighters Association Local 2692 for the period between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2021, as ratified by the Union. (Chamberlain)
- MONTHLY REPORTS: Receive and place on file monthly reports from the Chamberlain, City Clerk, Comptroller, Fire Department, Housing Codes Enforcement, Police Department and Recreation Department.
- RETIREE REIMBURSEMENT: Authorize the reimbursement of the cost of Medicare Part B coverage for all eligible retired City employees and any eligible dependents, who retired prior to July 1, 2015, regardless of union affiliation or non-affiliation, and regardless of whether said retiree is enrolled in the City’s Medicare Advantage & Prescription Program for the year 2019. - AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE: Approve the Amusement Device License from National Entertainment for the machines at Walmart. (Pulverenti)
- ADVERTISE FOR BIDS: Authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids for the 2019 City-Owned Tree Service Contract and the Municipal Building Sign. (Schuler)
- LICENSE RENEWAL NOTIFICATION: Receive and place on file the 30-day advance notice for renewal of an On-Premises Alcoholic Beverage License from Alexander’s Ragtime Inc. (Pulverenti)
- AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Purchase Agreement with Cartegraph Systems LLC for software renewal in the amount of $34,545.65. (Schuler)
- WATER RATES & SERVICE CHARGES: Approve the 2019 Water Rates and Water Service Charges. (Schuler)
- CANVASS AND APPROVE BIDS: Canvass and approve bids for liquid polymer used in wastewater treatment, and further canvass and approve the bids for 2019 Laboratory Services for wastewater treatment. (Schuler/Wells)
- PROPOSED LOCAL LAW: Receive and place on file a Local Law amending Section 180-32(B) of the City Code to regulate the placing, pushing, shoveling or depositing of snow, and further schedule a Public Hearing for December 31, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Common Council Chambers at 109 N. - AMENDMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the original agreement with GHD Consulting Services, Inc. to cover 2019 Industrial Wastewater User Inspections. (Schuler)
- CELLULAR REIMBURSEMENT: Receive and place on file the Employee Acknowledgement of Receipt and Understanding of the Cell Phone Administrative Policy from Water Superintendent George Kalkowsky, and further approve the Cellular Telephone Request Form for said employee. (Schuler)
- CHANGE ORDER: Approve Change Order No. 2 from Stilsing Electric, Inc. for the WWTP Flood Mitigation Project, which includes additional conduit and signal wiring added during construction in the amount of $1499.00. (Schuler)
- BUDGET TRANSFERS/AMENDMENTS: Approve budget transfers to cover Water Department’s current bill and anticipated expenses for gas/Central Garage for December, and to allocate funds for elevator work, salt and sand, computer software-autocad, and printing expenses. (Wells)
