(Oneida, NY – Sept. 2013) Vernon E Howe 3rd, 24, of S. Lake Street, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Sept. 26 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 15 to answer a charge of second-degree Harassment. Howe is alleged to have spit in another person’s face.
Larry L. Leggett 3rd, 25, of Phelps Street, Oneida was charged Sept. 26 with Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart. He is to appear Oct. 1.
Kenneth J. Smith 2nd, 26, of Sherrill Road, Sherrill was arrested on an arrest warrant Sept. 27 on a charge of Petit Larceny. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond to appear Oct. 11.
