(Oneida, NY – Sept. 30, 2013) Patrick K. Wales, 30, of N. Washington Street, Rome was arrested on a warrant Sept. 27 on charges of third-degree Burglary, a class D Felony and Petit Larceny. He is to appear in court at a later date.
Keitha A. Casario, 20, of Madison Street, Oneida and Leeanne Barker, 27, of Madison Street, Oneida were charged Sept. 27 with Disorderly Conduct for allegedly fighting at 9:45 p.m. at Oneida and Williams streets. They are to appear Oct. 11.
James L. Collins, 18, of Mason Road, Oneida was charged Sept. 30 with Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen a mountain bike off a porch on Lenox Avenue. He is to appear Oct. 11.
Rebekah L. Joslyn, 28, of N. Main Street, Oneida was charged Sept. 30 with; second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Using a vehicle without an interlock device. She is to appear Oct. 11.
