(New Woodstock, NY – Aug. 2014) On Sunday Sept. 7 from 1 to 4 p.m., From the Ground Up will hold a Volunteer Training Day. This training is being held for new and existing volunteers. All trainees should wear shoes with hard soles and toes (please, no sneakers), dress in layers and bring a hat, sunglasses and gloves. The training will be held at Mystic Mountain Farm, 2130 Webber Road, New Woodstock about six to seven minutes from Highland Forest. Mystic Mountain Farm is a smoke-free environment.

This training will also provide the Introductory Training for anyone interested in volunteering with FTGU’s Mobile Program that serves the Greater Syracuse area.

From the Ground Up Therapeutic Horsemanship, Inc. (FTGU) is a 501 c 3 non-profit, inclusive
