The official groundbreaking ceremony for The Oneida will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025.
Attending will be Secretary of State Walter T. Mosley, as well as Mayor Rick Rossi, members of the Oneida Common Council, local elected officials, community leaders and partners who have worked tirelessly to bring this vision to reality.
