(Town of Lebanon, NY – Sept. 2014) Town officials are seeking candidates who are town of Lebanon residents to serve on the town Board of Appeals that hears and rules on appeals that pertain to violations related to the Town’s Land Management Local Law. The Board of Appeals holds hearings and considers variance requests with regard to some code violations.

Chair Robert Bond has recently announced he is resigning from the position and the board is looking for an individual who is a town resident to serve on this body.

Terms run 3 years.

Current members of the board of appeals include Bond as Chair of Lake Craine Road, Kenneth Mangine of Lebanon Center Road and John Grossmann of Vosburgh Road. Bond’s term expires Dec. 31, 2015.
