On April 27 at approximately 3 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on State Route 3 in the Town of Hannibal, Oswego County, for a traffic violation. The operator, Joshua M. Bolster, 20, of Hannibal, was found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in Hannibal Town Court May 3 at 6 p.m.
