Staff from the Madison County Board of Elections will be on hand during the Friends of the Oneida Public Library Fall Book Sale Sept. 30, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., at the Oneida Public Library to expedite registration for new voters in the county and answer any questions about voting in the general election Nov. 8.
