The Greater Oneida Chamber of Commerce has named Madison Bistro Member of the Month for May. Madison Bistro opened their doors in 2011. Their mission is to be a farm-to-table restaurant.
Owner Lisa Campanie, an Oneida local, met Victor Ramirez, co-owner while living in San Antonio, Texas. Fast-forward 18 years and they now own a thriving local restaurant in the heart of Central New York.
Madison Bistro located is located at 135 N. Court St., Wampsville, across from the County Court House and Madison County Sheriff’s Office (which makes them feel very safe). They source their products from local farms and green houses and use environmentally friendly, compostable take-out containers. During peak catering season, they employ up to 30 part-time employees.
They have been voted CNY Best Burger and Best BBQ smoked Brisket. “Come taste the difference,” open Monday – Wednesday 10:30-3pm for lunch and Thursday – Saturday 10:30 -8pm for lunch and Dinner. They are closed Sundays for family and worship. www.madisonbistrocny.com.
