- Joel M. Emerson, 26, of 420 Washington Ave., Oneida, was charged with insufficient tail lamps, unlicensed operator, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, unlawful possession of marijuana, thrown or deposit refuse on highway and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
- Jerry L. Durr, 61, of 370 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and third-degree criminal tampering. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $2,000 cash or bond.
- Drew J. Marcellus, 33, of 1234 Fairview Ave., Oneida, was charged with failure to signal, unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
- Shawn J. Lee, 32, of 501 Main St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging failure to comply with a pre-sentence investigation regarding an original charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of bail.

- Kourtni Lopitz, 22, of 3932 Clockville Road, Canastota, was charged with second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. She was arraigned in Chittenango Village Court and was remanded in lieu of $200 cash or bond.
- James L. Brockum, 27, of 156 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Chittenango Village Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
- Jacob J. Wimmer, 26, of 7444 John Peet Road, Canastota, was charged with no seatbelt and unlawful possession of marijuana.

- Aaron F. Meyers, 27, of 209 Cottage Place, Oneida, was charged with no/illegal signal, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to keep right and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

- Katrina R. Perior, 28, of 111 Williams St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charges of unlicensed operator, inadequate lights and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
